Description
The Champagne Brut Le Black Création 257 is a tribute to Great Britain by Victor Lanson, one of the most important figures of the maison of the same name: the black color in this case is a symbol of elegance and recalls the clear dominance of the Pinot Noir vine in the blend .
This label fully reflects the Lanson production style: blend of classic Champagne grapes, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from numerous crus chosen by the winemaker, with the addition of reserve wines from 10 different vintages; fermentation without malolactic fermentation and aging for at least 3 years in caves on its own yeasts.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with slight amber reflections. The nose plays on full fruit, which alternates sweet and mineral notes. On the palate it is fleshy and dry but also lively, giving an important progression between notes of citrus fruits, green melon and hints of minerality.
This brut sans année is ideal both as an aperitif and throughout the meal. It excels in the company of fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
