Description
Champagne Blondel Blanc de Blancs is a refined and exclusive expression, entirely produced with Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of Trois-Puits, France. This Champagne represents the elegance and freshness of the Blanc de Blancs style, ideal for an audience that appreciates wines with a fine and classic profile.
After careful fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for a period of 4-5 years, followed by a minimum aging of 6 months after disgorgement, to develop a complex and harmonious structure. The dosage is kept at 6 g/l, maintaining a balanced Brut profile.
In the glass it is a bright yellow with greenish reflections and an elegant perlage that forms a delicate ring of bubbles. On the nose, fresh aromas of lemon and citrus emerge, followed by floral notes, mint and fennel, supported by a pleasant creaminess. On the palate it is lively and silky, with excellent persistence and hints of citrus fruit and violet.
It pairs beautifully with lemony desserts and offers an intriguing contrast to more complex preparations such as plum beef or Thai cuisine.
