Description

Thierry Mortet's Chambolle-Musigny is a prestigious organic red wine from the Bourgogne region, France, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, coming from a 0.22 hectare vineyard with 50-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils.

The manual harvest precedes an aging of 16 months in oak barrels, of which 30% are new, guaranteeing optimal maturation. This process gives the wine a balanced and complex structure.

It is characterized by intense aromas of blackberries and violets, with a silky mouthfeel and an energetic finish, an expression of its elegance and finesse.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with white meats and poultry. Its aging potential varies between 3 and 7 years, allowing you to appreciate its evolution over time.
