Description
Chambolle-Musigny "Les Véroilles" is a red wine produced by Domaine Bruno Clair. The vineyards, planted in 1990 on clay-limestone soils, enjoy a south-east exposure at an average altitude of 325 metres.
The vinification of this Pinot Noir includes the use of 20-30% whole grapes, with a maceration lasting between 10 and 15 days in wooden barrels. Subsequently, the wine matures for 18-20 months in oak barriques, with a share of approximately 20% in new barrels.
The wine appears in the glass with a ruby red color and offers intense notes of small red fruits to the nose. It is characterized by notable finesse and a persistent length in the mouth.
This wine goes very well with red meat dishes, in particular roasts and game.
