Description

Louis Moreau's Chablis Premier Cru Vau Ligneau comes from the French wine-growing area north of Burgundy, famous all over the world for being able to give unique expressions of Chardonnay: the Chablis.

This grape variety composes this white in purity born from calcareous marly soils, very mineral. The harvest takes place manually and is followed by alcoholic fermentation carried out by indigenous yeasts. The refinement takes place in steel containers for about 18 months.

Golden yellow at sight, it reveals to the nose a scent of fruit such as pineapple and lemon, refreshed by a mineral trail and a slight mentholated memory. In the mouth the flavor is very fine and well integrated with the body. Pure balance, this elegant Chablis remains in the mouth with a beautiful aromatic intertwining.

This white is ideal to accompany shellfish and fish crudités. Also perfect to accompany a lobster with Bernese sauce.
