Chablis AOC 1er Cru Montmains 2022 Domaine de Chaude Écuelle

The Chablis Montmains of Domaine de Chaude Ecuelle is born in the vineyards of the French company located near Auxerre, on the right bank of the Serein river, in the heart of the prestigious wine region of Chablis, in Burgundy.

Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this wine is vinified in steel and then left to refine on its own yeasts, after being decanted.

The Chablis Montmains by Domaine de Chaude Ecuelle is characterized by a straw yellow color and typical aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, accompanied by very pleasant mineral notes. In the mouth the acidity and the typical sapidity of the soils of that area of France are enhanced.

Perfect with all fish-based dishes, it finds perfection when paired with oysters or fresh or semi-aged goat cheeses.
