Description
Vieilles Vignes white wine is produced by Domaine Ternynck in the heart of Chablis on the lands of Malantes.
The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which are slowly squeezed and then vinified with indigenous yeasts. Both fermentations take place in large oak vats, where the wine subsequently ages on the lees for 12 months.
Golden yellow in color, the wine is expressed with aromas of plum, lime and vanilla. The sip is fresh and savory, with a long finish.
Excellent with fish, shellfish and noble poultry.
