Description

Noble white wine produced only from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the villages of Beines and Chablis.

It is a wine that only makes steel. First in the fermentation phase, started from indigenous yeasts and conducted at a temperature between 15 and 18 ° C, then in aging, where the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for at least 4 months.

Intense golden yellow in color, it opens an olfaction composed of floral tones and fruity notes of apple and pear characteristic of the Chablis terroir. It convinces from the entrance for minerality and freshness, proving at the same time vibrant and balanced.

Perfect with all fish preparations, especially with a steamed cod fillet or smoked salmon carpaccio.
