Description

Louis Jadot's Chablis, produced by the renowned winery located in the heart of Burgundy, is a white wine that embodies the excellence of the region, enhancing the varietal typicality of Chardonnay.

The winemaking takes place with great attention to maintaining the fruity and mineral characteristics, typical of this denomination. Aging in stainless steel barrels preserves the freshness and natural acidity of the wine, enhancing its mineral notes.

On the nose, Louis Jadot's Chablis reveals delicate aromas of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched with subtle mineral and floral notes. These aromas evolve elegantly on the palate, where a typical freshness combines well with a subtle texture and a persistent mineral vein. The finish is clean and refreshing, with an aftertaste reminiscent of the calcareous characteristics of the Chablis soil.

It pairs beautifully with seafood, baked or grilled fish and fresh goat cheeses.
