Jean-Marc Brocard is recognized as one of the main producers in the Chablis region, capable of producing wines capable of evoking their quintessence.
100% Chardonnay. The must undergoes stainless steel fermentation with temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Pale straw yellow, it is characterized by a rich bouquet that ranges from smoky and mineral hints to notes of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is frank, fresh and exuberant, with a light citrus touch to embellish the drink.
Recommended in the company of dishes based on fish and risotto, it enhances shellfish and white meat recipes.
