Description
The Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir originates in the area of the same name, located north of Burgundy. More precisely, this Grand Cru is nestled between two other giants, the Grand Cru Valmur and the Grand Cru Preuses.
The wine that falls under the Chablis appellation is a purity of Chardonnay and, in this version signed by Louis Moreau, it comes from vineyards treated with organic fertilizations and grassing. The harvest is done strictly by hand and is followed by pressing the grapes by alcoholic fermentation of the must. The wine obtained ages for about 20 months in large oak barrels.
At sight it is straw yellow. Its bouquet is defined by a fruity imprint reminiscent of apple, pear and citrus, on a mineral background. In the mouth emerges an austere and elegant flavour, which determines an elegant and classy personality.
Perfect to accompany a swordfish tartare.
