Description
Chablis Chardonnay is made with Chardonnay grapes from the northern Burgundy area, known for its mineral and acidic white wines thanks to the Kimmeridgian soil.
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as soon as they arrive in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats to maintain the freshness of the wine, followed by a 9-month refinement, mainly in stainless steel.
The wine has a pale white color with green reflections, and offers olfactory and gustatory notes of green apple and lemon, very fresh and mineral.
It is ideal for accompanying fish, shellfish, grilled meat and creamy cheeses, enhancing the fresh and delicate flavors of the dishes.
