Description
Planeta's Cerasuolo di Vittoria is born in the Dorilli and Mogli vineyards, located in the municipality of Acate, in the province of Ragusa.
It is mainly produced with Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The wine ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, before being bottled.
This Cerasuolo di Vittoria is characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of pomegranate, strawberries and berries. On the palate it is pleasantly velvety, savory and long.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with red and moist meats.
