Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Años Edición Negra is made from a blend of agricultural rums aged between 6 and 24 years, aged in toasted barrels that previously contained American whiskey and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
Dark mahogany in colour with copper highlights, the Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Años Edición Negra explodes on the nose with notes of smoke and dried fruit, enriched with flavours of bitter chocolate. In the mouth it is powerful, dense and well balanced.
The perfect rum for meditation, it goes well with dark chocolate and various types of dessert.
