Description
The Agustí Torelló Trepat Rosé is a rosé cava produced 100% with Trepat grapes, grown in the Ubac finca of Sant Joan de Mediona, located at 500 meters above sea level. Mountain viticulture is practiced on terraces and slate soils, giving the wine a distinctive and unique character.
The winemaking involves an 8-hour maceration and fermentation at 16 degrees for 28 days with selected yeasts before the harvest, to respect the expression of the Trepat and the particular soil of the finca. The wine is then aged in the bottle with its lees for 2 years in the cellars at a constant temperature of 17 degrees. This process guarantees the quality and complexity of the Cava.
The Agustí Torelló Trepat Rosé features aromas of wild strawberries and cherries, offering a fresh and mineral flavor profile. On the palate, it is agile and pleasant, ideal for accompanying aperitifs, starters, fruit, fresh cheeses or puff pastry desserts.
