Description
Cava Metodo Tradicional is a sparkling wine of Spanish origin, produced according to the classic method using a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes. This sparkling wine reflects the typicality of the Catalan terroir, combining freshness and complexity in an elegant and versatile product.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the must ferments with a selection of its own yeasts. Half of the base wines are then aged for 3 months on the lees in steel, enriching the wine with structure and aromas before bottling. It then ages for at least 15 months on the lees in the bottle, obtaining a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
On the nose it presents a fine and elegant bouquet, where fruity and floral notes emerge, enriched by light hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a good structure and a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability.
Ideal as an aperitif, this Cava pairs beautifully with seafood, tapas and light fish-based dishes.
