Description
Segura Viudas Cava Brut Reserva Heredad is made up of nine different wines, each of which undertakes the winemaking process separately. Each wine selected for the final blend contributes to the overall aroma and taste of this classic method in the Catalan version.
50% of the free-run must alone, the most delicate and aromatic part of the must, obtained from the soft pressing of Macabeo and Parellada grapes, carries out the first fermentation in steel at a temperature ranging between 14 and 16 ° C. The aging on the lees for at least 30 months gives it the mention of Gran Reserva.
It is a straw yellow colored bubble, characterized by a fine and abundant mousse. Smoky and crusty hints of bread, typical of the long period spent refining on the yeasts, peek out on the nose, accompanied by slight nuances that recall now honey, now hawthorn petals. The taste is full and fruity, of great elegance.
Excellent to combine with delicious truffle dishes, it is ideal with fine aged hams or refined cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
