Description

The Spumante Brut Cava Trepat Molto Negre by Casa Rojo was born in the vineyards located in Villafranca del Penedés, a municipality in the Catalonia region located between Barcelona and Newfoundland.

It is produced entirely with Trepat grapes, harvested in the third week of September. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the "champenoise" method, with aging on its lees for 9 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a sweet aroma of strawberry and pastry, enriched by an unmistakable Mediterranean note. On the palate it offers a pleasant and lively freshness accompanied by a lasting flavour.

Ideal to serve during aperitifs and appetizers, it goes perfectly with dry desserts and pastries.
