Description

A sparkling wine that comes from a fine blend of indigenous varieties: 29% Macabeu, 40% Xarel-lo, 26% Parellada, and 5% Chardonnay. Vinified according to the Classic Method, the Brut Nature dosage preserves all the minerality of the soil from which it originates, the famous Spanish Cava region. Refine for 20–30 months in the bottle, to concentrate the aromas and acquire colour.

Pale straw yellow in colour, the nose is fruity, with notes reminiscent of citrus fruits and hints of aromatic herbs and hints of tree bark. The foam and bubbles give a light and delicate flavour, which recalls smoke.

It is the ideal sparkling wine to accompany fish and white meat dishes. Try it with shellfish, seafood and cheeses.
