Description
Bubbly that reflects the specific characteristics of the vineyard of origin, Vinya del Llac, made up of plants with at least 40 years of age from which the indigenous Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes derive, which in combination prove to be the best varieties for producing sparkling wines on Spanish territory.
The raw material is transferred exclusively by gravity to the winemaking tanks. After slow pressing and static settling at low temperatures, the must ferments in separate varieties in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After assembly, the second fermentation is carried out by refermentation in the bottle followed by an aging of 18 months on its lees.
