Description
This red wine is produced by Bodegas Mauro with 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in the towns of Tudela de Duero and Traspinedo, in the autonomous community of Castile and León.
The winemaking process begins with a manual harvest in September. The wine ages for 26 months in French oak barrels before being bottled, in order to develop complexity and structure, while maintaining a fruity and vibrant character.
On the nose it offers intense aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by spicy and woody notes, while on the palate it is succulent and silky, with precise tannins and a surprisingly long and persistent finish.
Ideal to pair with roast meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
