Description
Castilla y Leon Blanco de Parcela is a white wine produced mainly from Verdejo grapes from vineyards located in Fuente de las Hontanillas (Quintanilla de Arriba – Valladolid) at an altitude above 850 meters. Other varieties such as Godello and Albillo are also used, but in a smaller percentage.
The wine is matured in 500 liter oak barrels, giving great freshness and ample volume in the mouth.
On the nose, it is characterized by aromas of red apple and a touch of citrus notes. This balance between freshness and volume makes it a very pleasant and versatile wine.
Perfect to enjoy alone or paired with fish dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses.
