Description
Sauvignon Terre al Monte di Rivera was born from the need to create a wine from a typically soft variety such as Sauvignon in the Mediterranean climate of Puglia.
The grapes, harvested at the beginning of August, are vinified in steel thanks to the inoculation of selected yeasts. The fermentation lasts approx. 10 days. The wine ages in steel on its lees for 3-4 months, followed by a few months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in colour, it opens to the nose with the typical herbaceous notes of the vine. The sip is fresh and balanced.
A wine that goes well with fish and vegetable appetizers, white meats and vegetarian cuisine.
