Description

The wooden box contains 2 Venetian wines from the Tommasi company.

Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is produced from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes and is born in the La Groletta and Conca d'Oro vineyards located on the hills of Sant'Ambrogio, in the historic Valpolicella area.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days, then the must referments on the Amarone marc for about 12-13 days, with continuous daily pumping over. Vinification takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels for about 18 months, and for a further 6 months in the bottle.
Valpolicella Ripasso is characterized by an intense ruby red. On the nose it is rich and spicy, enriched by pleasant notes of black pepper and hints of raisins. On the palate it is full, soft, with elegant notes of ripe cherries.
Perfect to accompany red and white meats, it is ideal when paired with mature cheeses.

Lugana Le Fornaci is produced with Turbiana grapes, which are fermented at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts 3 months in contact with the lees.
With an intense and brilliant straw yellow color, it presents the typical hints of tropical fruit on the nose for a dry and harmonious sip. Hints of mango and pineapple return to the palate with a savory and mineral finish, while the typical almond aftertaste accompanies a medium-long persistence finish.
Perfect for appetizers, finger food and shellfish-based first courses.
