Description
This box is made up of three shades from the Contessa di Radda range by Geografico.
Toscana Rosso is a blend of international grape varieties, among which Merlot stands out, followed by a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, which matures for a year in oak, and then completes the refinement for another year in barrique. Ruby red in color with slightly garnet reflections, the nose releases hints of plum jam, ripe red fruit and black cherries, fading into spicy memories. The sip is broad, structured and with a persistent finish. A wine cared for in every detail without leaving anything to chance, it is difficult for it to go unnoticed on your table, especially if you pair it with all meats and especially with a pork loin.
Chianti Classico is produced mainly with Sangiovese grapes and with Canaiolo and Colorino grapes. The wine ages for 16 months in oak tonneaux barrels and for another 2 months in the bottle before being released for sale. It has a ruby red color. On the nose it opens with a broad and intense bouquet of violets. On the palate it is dry and balanced, slightly tannic. Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with mature cheeses.
Chianti Classico Riserva is obtained mainly from Sangiovese grapes, with small percentages of Canaiolo and Colorino. It undergoes 24 months of refinement in oak tonneaux. Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it releases an intense and vinous aroma, with hints of ripe red fruit and spices. On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, rightly tannic. Perfect with red meat second courses, it excels in the company of mature cheeses.
