Description
The Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva Josto Miglior of the Antichi Poderi di Jerzu winery comes to light from a careful selection of Cannonau grapes from the Ogliastra area, from vineyards that reach out to the sea from the Gennargentu mountains. The vinification is traditional in red, with aging in new oak barriques for at least 12 months.
Wine with a ruby red color with garnet reflections, a series of spicy aromas ranging from vanilla to cinnamon to black pepper open to the nose. The entrance on the palate is savory, fresh and intense, with fine and delicate tannins that give balance.
It goes well with savory first courses, game and roasts in general.
