Description
The Cannonau of Sardinia Zòjosu from the Masone Mannu winery comes from a single vineyard, free-footed, surrounded by cork oak trees , located in the town of Su Canale, in Monti, in the province of Sassari.
Vinified in purity with maceration for 12 days in contact with the skins, it ages in stainless steel containers for about 6 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.
Ruby red with garnet veins, it offers elegant aromas of ripe red fruit and intriguing balsamic notes typical of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is austere and enveloping, with a dense tannic texture that supports a round and fruity taste.
To be combined with meat-based first courses or meat-based second courses.
