Description
Su'entu, in Sardinian dialect means wind and, visiting this winery, immersed in the wild Sardinia, one realizes that the wind is really the main natural element in this land. This wine is like this, ripens in the sun and wind: Cannonau in purity, its grapes are brought to maturity by a warm climate, with mild winters and summers with little rainfall.
The harvest is strictly manual and takes place in the second ten days of September. Fermented in steel at a temperature of 25 ° C and macerated for 7 days, while it ages in barrique for 12 months and 2 months in bottle.
From the ruby red color with orange reflections, the nose is a whole discovery: a bouquet of flowers and red fruits envelop the nose, while a final scent of sweet resin gently accompanies the palate, which is good drinkability and freshness, with tannins soft and floral.
It is the ideal wine to marry first courses with savory sauces, as well as medium-aged cheeses. To try absolutely in combination with a succulent grilled meat.
