Description
The Cannonau of Sardinia Falcale by Piero Mancini born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Cannonau.
It is produced with pure Cannonau grapes. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in oak barrels and then in glass, before being marketed.
The Cannonau di Sardegna Falcale by Piero Mancini is characterized by an amber ruby red color, with purple veins. The nose opens with pleasant and intense hints of undergrowth and ripe fruit. On the palate it is dry and savory, with an elegant almond aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with roast meats and cold cuts typical of the Sardinian tradition.
