Description

The Dule of the Gabbas company is produced with Cannonau grapes from the Nuoro area.

Obtained from 45-year-old vines grown on soils of granite origin, the wine is obtained from a harvest conducted between the end of September and mid-October. Once reached the cellar, fermentation and maturation are carried out in steel at a controlled temperature for 20-22 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for at least 12 months in French oak barriques, partly from the first and partly from the second passage.

Ruby red color of great depth and intensity, it has hints of rose, myrtle, broom on the nose, with pleasant woody hints. Decided in the body and of great structure, it alternates well the compactness of the tannin with the acid charge to reveal itself fresh and dynamic.

Ideal in combination with first courses of meat sauce and grilled pork. Also try it with stew and game.
