Description
The Falanghina Campi Flegrei of the La Sibilla company comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Bacoli, in the province of Naples.
It is produced entirely with Falanghina grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months on its lees, before being bottled.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with fresh and delicate aromas of sage, Mediterranean scrub and green pepper, which give way to notes of yellow peach and not too ripe pineapple. On the palate it is fresh and savory, pleasantly balanced.
Perfect to accompany vegetable-based patties, it is ideal in combination with fish or white meat dishes.
