Campania IGT Falanghina 2022 Di Meo

The Falanghina of the Di Meo winery arises from vineyards located in the municipality of Guardia Sanframondi, in the province of Benevento.

It is a wine made from pure Falanghina grapes, whose vinification takes place traditionally at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in steel and for a further 3 months in the bottle.

It appears pale straw yellow in colour. The aroma is characteristic and intense, with a bouquet of yellow pulp fruit supported by elegant spicy tones. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, characterized by great harmony.

This white goes perfectly with risottos, fish and white meats.
