Description
The Falanghina di Casa d'Ambra rises from vineyards located on the sunny hills of the Benevento area.
It is made with pure Falanghina grapes, harvested in small boxes with careful selection of the bunches in the second decade of October. After a soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place under controlled temperature conditions, followed by a short aging in steel tanks.
It shows itself in the glass of a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of hawthorn and linden. On the palate it is dry and balanced between softness and freshness, closing on a pleasant mineral persistence.
Excellent with first courses of seafood, it is perfect with carpaccio and fried fish.
