Description
Campania Core Bianco di Montevetrano was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Cipriano Picentino, in the province of Salerno.
It is produced with Greco and Fiano grapes, harvested manually with careful selection in the vineyard. After a short maceration at low temperatures, the fermentation takes place separately in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Once assembled, the wine ages for 7-8 months on the fine lees, before being bottled.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with floral and fruity notes, among which the pear stands out. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and mineral.
Perfect to accompany seafood, this white wine is ideal in combination with smoked cheeses.
