Description
The Campania Core Rosso di Montevetrano was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Cipriano Picentino, in the province of Salerno.
It is produced with only Aglianico grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 10 months in barrique before being bottled.
The Core Rosso di Montevetrano has a ruby red colour. The nose opens with hints of plum, black cherry and ripe black cherry, enriched with notes of cinnamon and cocoa. On the palate it is soft and juicy, pleasantly fresh and persistent.
This wine is perfect as an accompaniment to all game dishes.
