Description
Caprice Bianco di Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant wine, born from the best Greco and Falanghina grapes.
The grapes are pressed and then vinified in steel. The aging on the lees takes place in steel and continues in the bottle.
In the glass the wine appears straw yellow in colour. The nose reveals fruity notes of aromatic herbs, thyme and sage, with an almond finish. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a pleasant citrus finish.
An ideal white wine to share, perfect with summer fish menus and to try with buffalo mozzarella and vegetables.
