Campania Aglianico IGT Suadens Rosso 2021 Nativ

Among the best wines of 2019 for Luca Maroni, Suadens is the name of a wine that evokes the persuasive character of this singular expression of Aglianico right from the name. A project by the Nativ winery aimed at enhancing the scents of the wine but also those of the dried fruit typical of the Irpinia area.

It is obtained from a selection of the best Aglianico grapes harvested at the end of October, blended with bunches of Piedirosso and Sciascinoso. After a delicate pressing of the bunches, the fermentation takes place in the presence of selected yeasts. This is followed by refinement mainly in steel, with a short successive passage in barrique.

Ruby red in color, it presents the nose with characteristic notes of dried fruit typical of the Avellino area, on a fruity background made of plums and wild blackberries.

Thanks to its peculiar organoleptic characteristics, it finds the perfect combination with both red and white meats. Excellent with all game dishes.
