Description
Boulard's Calvados Gran Solage is the result of a blend of excellent Calvados from Pays d'Auge which mature for at least 2 years in oak barrels.
Bright copper in colour with golden hues, it opens to the nose with clear sensations of apple characteristic of the area of origin, accompanied by balanced hints of vanilla due to ageing in wood.
On the palate it is round and fruity, incredibly elegant and fragrant.
Excellent as an aperitif, to be served with tonic water or on ice.
