Description
Librandi's Calabria Bianco Efeso was born in vineyards located in the Rosaneti estate, between the municipalities of Rocca di Neto and Casabona.
It is produced exclusively with the autochthonous Mantonico variety, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in barriques at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in Allier barriques for 6 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fresh herbaceous aromas, enriched by pleasant notes of sage and fresh grass. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and slightly fruity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, shellfish and seafood, it is ideal in combination with raw fish and fries.
