Description

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Elettra is the authentic expression of a noble grape variety with a strong identity, cultivated in the most suitable areas of the Central Coast of Northern Italy. It stands out for its excellent structure and ability to evolve over time, thanks to a perfect balance between power and elegance.

After the harvest, the grapes undergo a controlled fermentation process that enhances the aromatic richness of the wine. The aging takes place in American oak barrels, a crucial step to soften the tannins and round out the character, giving depth and complexity to the sip.

Visually, it presents an intense red color. The bouquet is broad and enveloping, with aromas of red and dark fruits, including blueberries, blackberries, and cherries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a sensation of warmth and breadth that accompanies a long and persistent finish, enriched by a pleasant freshness.

It pairs perfectly with rich dishes, such as braises, roasts, and grilled pork.
