Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon Ivory Label of the Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Collection comes from the vineyards of El Dorado and Paso Robles, in the heart of California.

It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Segalin and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, before being bottled.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by an intense garnet red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of blackberry and cherry, enriched with pleasant notes of anise, cloves and roasted coffee. On the palate it is complex and structured, rightly tannic.

This red wine is perfect to accompany red meat main courses and sleeping game.
