Description

Bush Vine by False Bay winery is made with 100% Pinotage grapes in the Stellenbosch area of the South African Coastal Region.

A few kilometres from the sea and therefore affected by the oceanic climate, the area is home to vineyards of advanced age that allow the harvest of healthy and perfectly ripe grapes. After the harvest carried out strictly by hand, the fermentation takes place naturally and the ageing is carried out in large barrels for at least 8 months.

Ruby red in colour with garnet reflections, it has hints of black fruits and notes of chocolate on the nose, while maintaining the great fragrance of plum and blackberry in the background. Ripe fruits return to the palate with soft tannins and a beautiful structure for an energetic, fruity and long sip.

Ideal for grilled meats, roast pork and game.
