Description

Puszta Libre by Claus Preisinger is a red wine produced in the Burgenland region of Austria using Zweigelt and Saint Laurent grapes. The vineyards are located on gravelly black earth soils and are planted with the Guyot system, with an average age of 21 years.

The vinification involves destemming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins, followed by refinement for 6 months in large used 35 hl barrels and for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks, keeping the freshness and lightness of the wine intact. wine.

Puszta Libre is an easy and direct drinking red wine, all based on fruit and lightness. Juicy and fresh, it is a tribute to an old style of wines typical of the Hungarian plain on the border with Austria. On the palate, it stands out for its low alcohol content and extreme drinkability.

This wine pairs perfectly with light dishes and can be enjoyed slightly chilled.
