Description
Brunello Riserva Poggio di Sotto is the brightest example of how a label can best represent an entire denomination, representing its essence.
For its production, every year only the best Sangiovese Grosso grapes are used, subsequently subjected to various selections in the vineyard and further examination in the cellar. It ferments in wooden barrels, while it rests in oak barrels for 60 months and 12 months in the bottle.
The story begins in the glass, love at first sight with its intense ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas such as balsamic notes and nuances of dried plums, cedar wood and raisins. On the palate it is complex, with its unique and unmistakable style.
It is the most suitable wine to accompany a Florentine steak, as well as fillet and truffle-based dishes.
