The Brunello Fiore di No of the La Fiorita company is a selection of 2 vineyards, Pian Bossolino, located at 360 meters above sea level and Poggio al sole, at 180 meters above sea level. This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages.

Following the manual harvest, the must obtained from the grapes macerates and ferments on the skins for 20 days at a controlled temperature (25 ° C). The wine obtained is aged for 24 months in 26 hl French oak barrels and then 4 months in steel, before being bottled.

Ruby red in color, on the nose it expresses the characteristic notes of the grape, such as violet, plum and red fruits, fading into balsamic notes. The sip is warm and powerful, full-bodied, and there are fragrant tannins and a good acid shoulder.

Ideal in combination with stewed game, lasagna with wild boar ragout and aged cheeses.
