Description

Tenimenti Ricci's Brunello di Montalcino is located in the surroundings of Podere Il Casello, south of Montalcino, the production center of the famous DOCG Brunello di Montalcino.

It is made from pure Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested and selected by hand once they have reached perfect ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation and maturation for 24 months in large barrels follow. The wine is then aged for 12 months in glass before being placed on the market.

This Brunello by Tenimenti Ricci shines in the glass of a beautiful garnet red. On the nose it shows aromas of ripe red and black fruits, closing on a pleasant finish of humus, black pepper and mace. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with dense and graceful tannins, which accompany towards an extraordinarily persistent finish.

This wine is the best match for stewed meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
