Description

The Talenti farm is located in Pian di Conte, north of Sant'Angelo in Colle, on the south-facing slope of the Montalcino hill. Brunello comes from a selection of grapes from different vineyards located at altitudes between 250 and 400 meters, on soils of sand and clay, very rich in marl.

The classic vinification in steel at a controlled temperature is followed by a maturation period of 24 months in French oak tonneaux and large Slavonian oak barrels of 15 and 25 hectoliters.

Elegant and refined, it expresses all the character of Sangiovese di Montalcino, with a ruby color and aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, floral and spicy nuances. On the palate it is harmonious, with complex aromas, chiseled tannins and a fresh and mineral finish.

To be combined with roast game or cut of beef.
