Description

Siro Pacenti's Brunello di Montalcino was born in vineyards located within the municipality of Montalcino, whose borders delimit the production of the DOCG Brunello.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the wine is subsequently aged in barrique for 24 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is full and pleasantly full-bodied, with velvety tannins.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with mature cheeses.
