Description

Brunello di Montalcino Paesaggio Inatteso is produced with Sangiovese grosso grapes grown organically in the Camigliano estate vineyards. This wine reflects the terroir of Montalcino and the meticulous care in winemaking, which make it elegant and complex.

The grapes are hand-picked in October, at the right level of ripeness, guaranteeing a superior quality product. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30°C, followed by 30 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation, again in steel. Aging takes place for 30 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, giving depth and structure. After aging in wood, the wine is bottled and left to rest further before being released for sale.

With an intense ruby color, this Brunello di Montalcino stands out for its complex bouquet of ripe fruit, spices and delicate vanilla notes. On the palate it is enveloping, with elegant tannins and a perfect balance between freshness and power. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of finesse.

Excellent when paired with game dishes, beef and pork, as well as mature cheeses.
