Description

Brunello di Montalcino di Lisini is located in the hamlet of Sant'Angelo in Colle, a few kilometers from the center of Montalcino.

It is produced entirely from carefully selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins, in steel tanks for 18-24 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. This is followed by aging in Slavonian oak barrels, in steel and finally in glass before being marketed.

This Brunello di Lisini is characterized by an intense ruby red color. It expresses an intense fruity bouquet on the nose, in which notes of ripe cherry and plum, followed by spicy aromas of tobacco and vanilla. It can be appreciated for its dry and soft taste, pleasantly full and harmonious.

To be tasted together with aged cheeses, it gives its best in the company of game and roasted meats.
